Josh Perell is an Associate at Duxbury Law.
Josh’s broad litigation practice includes corporate and commercial litigation, real estate and property disputes, municipal law, estate litigation, insurance defence, personal injury and defamation.
He acts for a variety of clients including individuals, corporations, institutions, and municipalities.

Josh is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Josh is also a member of the Hamilton Integrated Research Ethics Board (HiREB), which evaluates all research projects involving McMaster University, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, and the Hamilton Health Sciences hospital network.
